What are all the fighter's in Brawl fighting for? Pride? Honor? Loyalty? Love? We must find out!

alright most those are pretty good, but a few things that i see anyways.

-Luigi, isn't really fighting for fame. He acts too scared in the cut scenes. I think he's fighting cuz he's obligated to join his brother

-Having Zelda is good as duty, due to her being a princess and protecting her subjects, but i think Duty also fits very well for Pit (he's an angel, they are supposed to protect everyone) If you'd like Tearz, i would give duty to Pit, give you credit for it, and you could come up with another for Zelda? or maybe someone could get one better than Duty for Pit? either way, i'm gonna hold off on that one for now.

-I think Peach is fighting for Mario, therefore, fighting for Love

1. I changed link's to honour, cuz rescue got me thinking of damsel in distress, then i thought about knights and chivlery then i figured knights have honour. so is0 gets the credit for that one.

2. The problem with Snake being mission, is that Fox is another one who could use mission. find me a different one for Fox and i'll credit you for both.

That is fine. But Toon Link is more Structure than Duty. Toon Link became the next Link in his game, but it took bravery, strength, and wit for him to do it. Heroic structure was the theme of that game. But it matters not to me.

Tyrants are usually better at being a tyrant than Dedede is. can't really be a Tyrant is you dont actually have control over something, which he doesn't.

The thing about samus is that, in all recent samus games, (Metroid Prime 1,2,3 & Hunters) her scanning thing has played a huge. that tells us she is as much into researching as she is into bounty hunting.

here's an idea, how about Vengence for Samus? think about it, that is the entire reason she became a bounty hunter. her planet was destroyed and she was rasied by the Chozo. i dont know about you guys, but i'd be pretty pissed at the people who destroyed everything i knew.

jigglypuff is one of the most popular pokemon characters in Japan, she's called Purin over there. Thats the entire reason she was in the original smash bros. She is famous already so your argument makes no sense. but i accept your word due to it being pretty much the same as recognition (your famous, you get recognized) but its shorter, so it will work a little bit better.

Yes you can't technically 'fight for greed', but you can fight because you're greedy. Greed is a motive, so it works. Lucas's and ROB's are kinda bugging me though. more-so ROB's
