What is the difference between a game being rated M and AO? I've guess I've never seen a game rated AO before.

Neither have I. Excuse me here, but would it be a game that's all like, "What sex position would you like to use?" And then you choose one and your avatars get in that position. And then it asks, "Do you like to go fast or slow?" And then you pick, ect...? Uh...if there were a game like that, would it be the type of game to get an AO rating?

usually AO games r the ones with ALOT of sexual stuff in it like epik said really or with an extremely over excessive amount of violence and extremely vulgar language like i believe a friend of mine told me that the manhunt series had an over excessive amount of blood and mutilation and. or like a game that was 2 extremely mature that it had 2 b removed from the stores like San Andreas or Manhunt

hmm ok. Umm I'll take a shot at this.
Ratings aren't really restirctions on games. The only restriction on the game is how strict your parent/guardian is. Kids can still ask their parents to pick up games for them. So ratings can't stop kids from playing violent games. Heck, even parents can't stop their kids from playing M or AO games, if they have an older friend or accquiantance or maybe a really nice auntie or uncle or cousin who can buy it for them. (most quatable line from my response ->) Ratings are not restrictions on games, only minor inconvieniances.

hmm GTA should really inforce the M ratings since ive played free-mode with like 9 year old kids and its really anoying, the amount of sexual content in it is not enough for AO but its definitly M and should be enforced. but maybe nudity in games is enough for AO idk but might be

yea excessive amounts of nudity in games should b rated AO like the mini game in San Andreas should of made it a AO game
technically, there was no nudity
and thats the ESRB's dair(downfall, its a ssb joke). the ESRB is overly protective. the irony is, t rated games sell most, and these games do qualify as an E rating half the time
even worse, you can just voluntier to rate games, so people with no true knowledge make a t game m rated, which dwindles sales potential =P

yea in GTA San Andreas there is a hidden sex game in it, but it was in the original version of the game b4 the took the game off the shelves 4 a brief time. cause the new version doesnt have the hidden game in it and they had 2 take all the cheat code mag's off the shelves cause it had the cheat code that unlocked the hidden game
