Best 360 games?

Ok, my girlfriend just bought me an XBox 360 for Christmas and now I have to decide what games to get for it. I know 1 I'm going to get is Madden (I'm a huge Madden fan on any system besides the Wii). What are some of the other best games dating back to the release of the 360.

Rofl...I don't think I can be upset with her for spending that much on a gift for me :D I honestly think I will like the 360 the best anyway. I probably will stay away from FPS because I just can't do dual analog anymore after using the WiiMote. I also need to get Xbox live too. Just remembered it isn't free.

Umm if you like music games you could just get Guitar hero World Tour and Rock Band 2. Online isn't too much just like 60 bucks a year but you can just use the card. Shooters is like the main thing for the system lol but yeah I had a really hard time at first when I was playing gears of war 2 but now I'm really kick ass same as splaya. You could probably also get fable 2, it's not that bad (it's actually really fun). And is your 360 and arcade, pro, or an elite. IF it's and elite than you are golden. I'm sort of an xbox noob right now though lol. I only have like 6 games for it.

It's an Xbox pro. I'm actually not a music person, but I have still thought about getting Guitar Hero. And yeah, I know that shooters are kind of the main thing, but I really despise dual analog now. I might just get all sports games and stick to CoD for my Wii. At least for now.

lol Banjo Kazooie was the shit. I downloaded the old N64 one. Didn't really get too far though lol. Oh and expect the ghwt drums to break or be nonsensitive for some time. My red pad broke so now I have to use the rb2 drum kit. The thing is, people think that I'm a pussy using that drum kit but if I want to play expert than I have to use it. Trust me playing scream aim fire on expert drums with a broken red pad is a bitch.

Ooh, the Elder Scrolls! I played one of the previous ones for Xbox with my friend a long time ago and absolutely loved that game. I'm definitely going to look into that one. Thanks ;)

I think I'm going to go buy Elder Scrolls after Christmas (I usually end up with a few gift cards, and since it is pretty cheap it will cover most of it).

And this might be kind of lame, but I've actually found Kung Fu Panda and Lego Indiana Jones (the games it came with) to be kind of fun. Very shallow, but still fun none the less.

2. Fable2 is a good, short RPG, but if u want a long insane RPG, get Fallout 3
3. An awsome Platform RPG is Too Human (it's based off of norse mythology)
4. if ur gonna buy xbox live, buy it for the whole year, u get a free month and in the long run, it's cheaper
5. Assassin's Creed IS the best game of it's year, AC2 will be ridiculous

Assassins Creed was NOT the best game of 07/08, as games like Fallout 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Resistance 2, Super Smash Brothers: Brawl, Grand Theft Auto IV, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and Unreal Tournament III could easily take the 07/08 GOTY titles before Assasins Creed

About the MGS4 thing, its won GOTY from PALGN, Fox News Channel, Gamespot, Gamezine, and PC World. Tell me there is not one credible source there and you have to be retarted. Secondly, you can always skip the cutsences, genius ;). Lastly, yes, they play somewhat similar, and the only difference is basically that the weapons at themes are made to fit modern times.

Fallout 3 is actually SMALLER than Elder Scrolls:Oblivion when it comes to map size and availability of quests. Also, since i own it on PS3, I don't have that glitchy ass downloadable content, so i really couldn't say I've beaten EVERYTHING, without disregarding the downloadable content, but the actual game with no add ons, I was able to beat in 36.
