Battle Dome Guidelines

~Issue a Challenge to a member through a PM
~When BOTH graphics are completed, make a new thread with a poll for users to vote on their favourite.
~Users are allowed one vote, and must also post saying who they voted for (for reference purposes)
~The Challenger decides on the graphic's topic/theme and size restriction's (if there are restrictions)
~The specifications must be placed in the thread where the battle is taking place
~I will be personally be deleting the battle threads after the winner is decided, just to keep the board clean
~Any questions can be directed to me
~I will be maintaining a Leader Board of the most winningest artists and their win/loss record
~Currently, I will be monitoring this by myself, but if I can, I will get a staff together and maybe start a "Sig Of The Month" thing
